Custody of these files will be transferred to CunninghamLegal. Such documents remain the property of the individual client. While we are happy to store your files, we also recognize the importance of having your original documents in hand and would be delighted to arrange for their return.

We suggest you download this contact information sheet, and print it out to include in the front of your existing Estate Plan to alert your Trustee and Beneficiaries that CunninghamLegal retains existing documents, and can administer your Trust on your passing.

The Legacy of Seaman & Seaman Law

As Wareham Seaman Jr. retires, he leaves a personal legacy of five decades in the practice of law. Prior to graduating from law school, he joined the firm in 1969, and after he was admitted to the state bar, he continued the work of his father, with whom he practiced for ten years. Along with guiding both families and businesses, Wareham Seaman Jr. has been a frequent lecturer in estate planning matters before professional groups, and was a professor of Law in Estate and Gift Tax at Lincoln Law School. Seaman & Seaman has always been known for its superb care and diligence in the support of clients.
