Edward W. Goodson is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, by the State Bar of California, Board of Specialization.
Ed attended the University of California at Berkeley where he received dual undergraduate degrees in Development Studies (the study of societal transformation) and Spanish. He received his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1995 and was admitted to the State Bar of California that year.
Exclusively focused on estate, trust, and probate-related cases since July, 2001, Ed has been appointed by the courts to represent minors in guardianship cases and conservatees in conservatorship cases. He has successfully represented clients in probate courts throughout California, and has also assisted numerous trustees in the administration of trusts with assets valued up to $40,000,000.

Where did you grow up?
My family and I moved around a lot, so I grew up in Red Bluff, Fresno, Napa, and Fair Oaks, California and attended high school in Deerfield, Massachusetts and Barcelona, Spain.
