.James L. Cunningham, Jr.,
James L. Cunningham, Jr., is an attorney licensed to practice before all the Courts of the State of California, the United States District Court Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Jim grew up in Ventura County in the cities of Ventura and Ojai. Jim, his wife Lori, son Nicholas and daughters Katia and Masha, live in Camarillo. Jim is a member of the California Bar Association, Ventura County Bar Association, California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Jim is also a member of the Tuesday Camarillo Rotary. Jim limits his practice to Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Litigation and Will Contest matters. Jim passed the Bar exam on the first try following his graduation from Whittier College of Law (1994). While at Whittier, Jim was the recipient of Academic Scholarships in the Second and Third years of Law School, was Research Editor of the Whittier Law Review, and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award (highest grade) in Civil Procedure. Jim received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California at Santa Cruz (1991), earning the distinction of Honors in the Major. While at the University of California, Jim studied abroad at the Chambre de Commerce in Nîmes, France (1991) and at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain (1989-1990). Jim is proficient in French and Spanish. Jim is also a graduate of Villanova Preparatory School in Ojai (1987).

S. Sharon Yoon
S. Sharon Yoon is an attorney licensed to practice before all the Courts of the State of California. Sharon lives in Oxnard with her husband, a life-long resident of Ventura County, and their three children. Sharon is a member of the California Bar Association, Ventura County Bar Association, and Ventura County Asian Bar Association where she served as a member of the board of directors. Sharon’s past law practice experience include personal injury matters and employment law specializing in class actions. Sharon currently limits her practice to Estate Planning, Probate, Estate and Trust Administration, Trust Litigation and Will Contest matters. Sharon has always displayed strong leadership and excelled in academics. Throughout her education, she was in the Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) program. Sharon served as ASB president of her high school in her senior year and graduated as valedictorian of her class. Sharon continued her education at University of California, Los Angeles, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in political science. Sharon continued her education in law at Ventura College of Law where she received many awards and honors, and graduated as valedictorian. Sharon is fluent in Korean.

H. Miles Lang
H. Miles Lang is a litigation attorney, licensed to practice before all the Courts of the State of California, the United States District court Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Miles is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara (Bachelor of Arts, Law & Society, 1991), the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law (Certificate of Dispute Resolution, 1994), and Ventura College of Law (Juris Doctor, 1996).
Miles is a member of the California Bar Association, the Ventura County Bar Association, the California Applicant Attorneys Association, and the Jerome Berenson Chapter of the American Inns of Court. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Ventura County Bar Association, the Ventura County contingent to Conference of Delegates of California Bar Association, and was president of the Ventura County Barrsters in 2000. He currently serves on the Volunteer Legal Services Program Advisory Board, and was a recipient of the Volunteer Legal Services Award in 2001
Miles is a native of Ventura, and his family has lived in Ventura County for over 100 years. He grew up in Ojai, where he attended Villanova Preparatory School. He, his wife Mary, and daughter Alison live in Ventura.

Telva E. Koontz
Telva E. Koontz is a legal assistant for Cunningham & Associates in Camarillo, California. Telva is a life-long resident of Ventura County and attended Diablo Valley College in Concord, California. She has been working in Ventura County for 30 years, primarily with estate and trust administration attorneys.
